It’s big, it’s back, & it’s better than ever! Reef Camp in June 2016!
DUE TO RECOVERY WORK FROM THE SEVERE WATER DAMAGE SUSTAINED ON 2/26, WE REGRETFULLY MUST POSTPONE THIS CAMP TO ANOTHER TIME.
Join us for a week long adventure to Key Largo Florida as we suit up and explore the reefs. Fly with Team ECCO Founder & Executive Director Brenda Ramer, and Assistant Director of Education, Kortney Clark, into one of the greatest adventures of all. Spend 5days exploring the waters and reefs of the Fl Keys. Programs to include everything from snails to sharks! Snorkel the reefs, mangroves, and open water to experience the thrill of seeing what lives in that big back yard. We will house and charter snorkel trips with Quiescence Divers. They have a super dorm on site with comfortable bunks,
hot indoor showers, and a cozy classroom. We are even taking a
personal chef! Side excursions to include a tour of the
Everglades & airboat ride, The History of Diving Museum,
and a dolphin swim at Theater of the Seas. (dolphin swim
booked with deposit )(side excursions based upon weather)
Space is limited to 10 students and students must be rising 6th thru 12th graders.
Students are responsible for transportation to and from Charlotte airport on day of departure and return. We will coordinate FL arrival with interested Indiana students. Fees include all gear, rentals, housing, programs, side excursions, Florida transportation, and meals (except departure day and return day meals).
